Opened in Spring 2019, Frederic Bistro is the Reymond's latest culinary offering. Located in the heart of Cremorne, Frederic comprises two dining offerings — Fred's, a relaxed all day eatery and wine bar, and Frederic Bistro, a European-style restaurant serving uncomplicated European fare.

23rd April – Southern Ranges MB2 roast sirloin, pommes dauphine, roasted carrots, salad
30th April – Lamb shoulder, beans, roasted parsnips, lamb sauce
7th May – Pork belly, apple stuffed roasted cabbage, apple sauce, whole grain mustard
