Phase One of Government Restrictions

We are very excited to be reopening Frederic and Fred’s bar from Tuesday, 2nd June with the implementation of stage one Government restrictions. During stage one restrictions Fred’s bar will be operating as an extension of Frederic’s restaurant and will offer full a la carte menu. Please note our maximum capacity is 20 guests with no more than 6 guests dining on one table. Frederic and Fred’s bar will be opening its doors with a number of Covid-19 compliances to ensure the safety of our guests as well as the staff.

With the easing of restrictions, our guests are asked to play their part and keep one another safe – this includes maintaining a distance of at least 1.5 metres from each other, practising good hygiene and staying home even if slightly unwell.

Opened in Spring 2019, Frederic Bistro is the Reymond’s latest culinary offering. Located in the heart of Cremorne, Frederic comprises two dining offerings – Fred’s, a relaxed all day eatery and wine bar, and Frederic Bistro, a European-style restaurant serving uncomplicated European fair.
