In August, the Reymond family (Bistro Gitan and L’Hotel Gitan) is bringing an all day European dining experience to Cremorne.
Composed of two adjacent venues, relaxed bar concept, Fred’s Bar, and European bistro offering, Frédéric, will serve separate menus, each a collaboration between the Reymonds and the precinct’s Head Chef, Nicholas Deligiannis (formerly Petit Tracteur).
Conceived by esteemed Melbourne design firm, SJB Interiors, with whom the Reymonds collaborated on L’Hotel Gitan, the venues’ interiors will emulate French new-wave style, delivering pared-back elegance with striking geometry.
Retaining the heritage-listed brick facade, a sunlit, north-facing terrace will welcome diners and drinkers from morning to aperitif hour and beyond.
